Additional Info:

We’re hoping that the exciting venue and sightseeing options drive attendance up this year, but recognize that not all members will be able to attend in person.
Those unable to attend in person will be able to participate in portions of the convention remotely, including OCOA business portions.
If you plan to attend remotely but would still like to receive a convention memento, we’re offering the opportunity to submit a nominal registration fee to cover the cost of the item and shipping. For remote attendees who would not like to receive a memento, no registration form or fee is required.
Information about attending remotely will be provided by the OCOA as the convention nears. Remote attendees should consider making arrangements with an in-person attendees so they can participate in the fundraising auction by proxy. We plan to make payment by e-transfer available to facilitate this sort of arrangement.

Speaking of the auction, the convention committee is on the hunt for sponsors. If you’ve got ties to a person or business that might be interested in providing an item or an experience (e.g., a personally guided hunting excursion) for our raffle or silent auction, please reach out to one of the committee members.
The agenda for the event will be released shortly
